Chicken Filets for Dire Straits

Have fun and listen to music. 2-4 chicken breast seasoned bread crumbs bacon strips swiss cheese mayonaise, oil or egg. rub chicken with something moist so the bread crumb stick. sprinkle with salt and seasoning of choice then coat in seasoned bread crumbs and lay one or two slices of bacon on top. bake in oven on 445f for 30-45 minute, keep checking till done, not over cooked. place cheese on top of cooked filet and it will melt. Serve with a nice vegetable and bread, rice or potatoes. Enjoy!
